Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pulmonary arterial hypertension group: 1. Age 18-85 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic for pulmonary arterial hypertension; 3. Have a certain level of reading and writing ability, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and are willing to cooperate with this study; healthy population control group: 1. No restriction on gender; 2. Age ranging from 18 to 85 years old; 3. Liver function is normal in the recent six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pulmonary hypertension group: 1. hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver tumors, etc.; 2. of liver/spleen surgery; 3. other patients deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigator. control group: Pulmonary hypertension; Those deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
