Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral haemorrhage in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Vascular Disease Group of the Neurology Division of the Chinese Medical Association; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) The onset of the disease is the first time and in the subacute stage, and the duration of the disease is 2 weeks to 3 months; (4) Unilateral stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI; (5) Correctly receiving motor commands, MMSE >24; 6) Presence of trunk postural control disorder, TIS score <=20; 7) Voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of neurological disorders other than stroke; 2) Brainstem/cerebellar injury; 3) Severe unilateral neglect; 4) Presence of other conditions that may affect trunk postural control, such as history of low back pain, history of low back surgery, acute low back injury and peripheral neuropathy; 5) Presence of contraindications to TMS, such as wearing a pacemaker, having metallic implants in the skull or having a skull defect, previous history of epilepsy, and pregnancy; (6) Combined heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs dysfunction or other serious physical diseases.
