Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis was: craniopharyngioma surgery, obesity (BMI>=28 kg/m^2); (2) Age: 18-45 years old; (3) Conventional diet and exercise treatment were ineffective for 6 months; (4) normal liver and kidney function (ALT and AST< = 3 * upper limit of normal range); (5) Regular drug treatment, no tumor recurrence; (6) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form. If the above criteria are met, the drug can be used

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Use of GLP-1 receptor agonists (e.g., liraglutide, benaglutide, exenatide, dulaglutide) or prescription weight-loss medications (e.g., orlistat, fenfluramine) within the 3 months prior to participation in this study. (2)History of other tumors, medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), acute or chronic pancreatitis, significant cardiovascular history, liver or kidney impairment, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal motility disorders or obstructive diseases, and psychiatric disorders. (3)Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (4)Patients or family members unable to comprehend the conditions and objectives of the study.
