Paravertebral nerve block

Interventions

Experimental group:ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block with dexmedetomidine 0.5 ug/kg combined with 0.3% ropivacaine 30ml

Control Group:Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block with 0.3% ropivacaine 30ml

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 60 years old; 2.No surgical contraindication, wedge, lobectomy and segmentectomy are required; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who must be isolated from lung, such as bronchiectasis and lung infection; 2. Hypersensitivity to experimental drugs; 3. abnormal coagulation function and abnormal trunk nerve function; 4.Anesthesia time>120min, bleeding volume>50ml; 5.Critical illness, hypoxemia, hypercapnia, poor lung function test results ; 6.Persons with consciousness and/or cognitive impairment .
