Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .was diagnosed with medial knee arthritis; 2. Severe knee dysfunction and cartilage destruction; 3.UKA/TKA for knee osteoarthritis;.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous knee infection; 2.Hemoglobin 1.5); 4.Tibetan patients who do not live in high-altitude areas for a long time; 5.Flexion contracture deformity > 20°, varus and/or valgus deformity > 20°; 6 .suffering from serious medical problems;
