Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 18 to 80; 2.Cases that met chinese guidelines of acute pancreatitis; 3.Cases with hypertriglyceridemia; 4.Cases without acute pancreatitis caused by other reasons; 5.Cases with good compliance, patients or family members who understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study and maintain their current lifestyle during the study period, and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with acute pancreatitis caused by other reasons; 2.Chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer patients; 3.Patients with severe organic diseases; 4.Patients who have not used lipid-lowering drugs in the past; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Patients who have not signed an informed consent form.
