Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus in 1999; 2. Age 18-79 years old; 3. Complete clinical data records (accounting for more than 2/3 of the items required for the study); 4. Length of hospital stay>=1 d. Note: In 1999, the World Health Organization proposed the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus: typical symptoms of diabetes mellitus (polydipsia, polydipsia, polyuria, increased diet, and unexplained weight loss) and random blood glucose test > = 11.1 mmol/L or fasting blood glucose level > = 7.0 mmol/L or glucose index 2 hours after glucose load > = 11.1 mmol/L (diagnosed according to the above criteria or previous medical records).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney diseases, fever, infection, angina, myocardial infarction, transient ischemic attack, stroke, acromegaly, thyroid disease and other endocrine diseases; 2. Central or peripheral neuropathy caused by mental and psychological diseases and other reasons, cerebrovascular diseases, lumbar spine diseases, toxic peripheral neuritis, infectious polyneuritis, chronic alcoholism, systemic lupus erythematosus, uremia, lateral sclerosis; 3. Non-diabetic podiatry, limb ulcers, deformities, trauma, infection and edema, malignant tumors; 4. Pregnancy; 5. There is a lack of data on the first page of the medical record; 6. The diagnostic information is not standardized.
