18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.MS Patient group: (1) according to the 2017 revised McDonald criteria; (2) Can cooperate with the completion of imaging examinations and related neuropsychological scale assessments; (3) voluntary participation and informed consent signed by the patient or family members; (4) No other central nervous system diseases. 2. Healthy control group: Subjects with roughly matched gender and age were selected as the healthy control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The clinical data and MRI images are incomplete, the image quality is poor, and there are contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning; (2) Presence of other abnormal head MRI findings, such as cerebral hemorrhage, head injury, large cerebral infarction or definite intracranial tumor; (3) Suffering from other serious physical diseases; (4) History of alcohol or drug abuse.
