Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological elective laparoscopic surgery, aged between 18-60 years old, with no severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction detected in preoperative examinations and good nutritional status; 2.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is less than Grade III; 3.Complete information can be obtained from medical records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency laparoscopic surgery patients; 2.People with diabetes, hypertension, heart, cerebrovascular and mental diseases; 3.Patients with a history of combined malignant tumors; 4.Patients with severe pelvic adhesions; 5.Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction such as chronic diarrhea and constipation, who experience significant changes in their condition after surgery, such as being transferred to ICU for intensive treatment, death, or systemic metastasis.
