Interventions

Morning-Evening exercise group:First, exercise for 10 days in the morning, followed by a 10 day washout period, and then exercise for 10 days in the evening.
Evening-Morning exercise group:First, exercise for 10 days at night, after a 10 day washout period, then exercise for 10 days in the morning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers are 40 to 65 years old 2. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of basic diseases, chronic diseases, infectious diseases and disabilities; 2. Having a history of surgery; 3. Used antibiotics in the past two weeks; 4. Used probiotics and prebiotics in the past two weeks; 5. Used any medications or supplements in the last two weeks; 6. Having a weekly exercise routine; 7. Taken high-intensity physical exercise in the past two weeks; 8. Having smoking, drinking, and other habits; 9. Having a special diet, such as vegetarian or picky eating; 10. Having bad eating habits, such as irregular meals and late-night snacks.
