18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is over 18 years old; 2.Maximum diameter of breast mass <=50mm; 3.No chemotherapy, radiotherapy or coarse needle biopsy was performed before multimodal ultrasonography; 4.Complete pathological diagnosis results, including benign and malignant, intraoperative margin status, etc; 5. The boundary of the breast lump is clear, or the clear range exceeds half of the lump boundary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor image quality of multimodal ultrasound; 2.Incomplete MRI or pathological diagnostic data; 3.Unclear boundary between the breast mass and the surrounding breast tissue, the delineation of the lesion scope could not be completed; 4.Contraindications to the use of ultrasound contrast agents, such as unstable angina and those allergic to ultrasound contrast agents;
