Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2.ASA Grade II-III; 3. Patients with BMI >=35kg/m^2 undergoing laparoscopic gastric volume reduction surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergies to sugammadex, neostigmine + atropine, and ultrasonic coupling agent, as well as those with contraindications to their use; 2. Pulmonary organic diseases and respiratory tract and respiratory system diseases such as abnormal diaphragmatic function, massive pleural effusion, history of pulmonary resection, and severe pulmonary function abnormalities; 3. Neurological diseases (muscle spasm, myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome); 4. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, etc.), severe liver and kidney function abnormalities, acute and chronic alcoholism, and infectious diseases; 5. Chronic pain, long-term use of opioid analgesics, and psychotropic drugs; 6. Have a history of drug abuse, drug abuse, mental illness, communication disorders, etc.
