Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients: (1) age>=18 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with sepsis. 2. Healthy volunteers: (1) Age>=18 years old; ?BMI 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients: the informed consent of the patient or his/her legal representative has not been obtained. 2. Healthy volunteers: (1) Previous organ failure, cardiovascular system and immune system diseases; (2) long-term medication; (3) malignant tumors; (4) Informed consent has not been obtained.
