Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5); 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score> 14, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score> 14; 2.Adult patients aged 18 years and older; 3.The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other mental disorders meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2.Patients with severe chronic somatic diseases and drug restrictions; 3.Excluding patients receiving antidepressants within 2 months; 4.Serious suicidal tendencies, unable to complete the project; 5.Excluding patients during pregnancy and lactation; 6.Abandve treatment or switch to other treatment.
