Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Outpatient and inpatient patients who come to our hospital for treatment, aged 18-55 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); 2.The subject or guardian must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude pregnant or lactating women; 2. Those with other mental diseases or autoimmune diseases, or those with abnormal indications found in physical examination and laboratory examination; 3. Patients with familial genetic diseases; 4. Patients with a habit of smoking and drinking.
