50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 50-80 years, gender is not limited. First ischemic stroke, clinically confirmed, confirmed by MRI of the brain. There is unilateral hand dysfunction due to this stroke, and the upper limb and hand Brunnstrom motor recovery stage is = 4/6 and can complete the motor tasks of this study. The course of the disease is within 2 weeks. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral hemisphere cerebral infarction. Presence of significant cognitive impairment, i.e., Mini-Mental State Examination score < 24/30. Those who have other neuropsychiatric diseases and cannot cooperate with other serious diseases.
