Conditions

Hemodialysis patients font arteriovenous fistula maturation and complications

Interventions

Control Group:Routine management: preoperative guidance, postoperative health education, routine functional exercise and daily maintenance behavior guidance, etc.
Rhythm dumbbell group:On the basis of routine management, the rhythmic dumbbell functional exercise of the arm on the side of the fistula was added: dumbbell selection: following the principle of "avo
Rhythm selection: choose music with a strong sense of rhythm at the speed of Andante (about 66~69 beats per minute), and the type is personalized music that the patient feels comfortable and comfortab
Exercise method: Hold dumbbells in the hands of the AVF side limbs, hang the upper arms on the ground, and swing the arms with the shoulder joint as the axis. The time is selected as a non-dialysis da
Far-infrared irradiation group:On the basis of conventional management, the far-infrared irradiation treatment of the arm on the side of the internal fistula is added: instrument selection: the far-in
The irradiation site is the surrounding skin centered on the fistula
The irradiation distance is 20~30cm
The irradiation time is 45min/time, every 1 day/time, and irradiation is carried out during dialysis.
