Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Using the 2019 European Association of Retinal Retinal Specialists Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion as the diagnostic criteria, the macular edema caused by BRVO was diagnosed by fundus examination, fundus vasofluorescence contrast or OCTA and OCT examinations, with a macular foveal thickness of > 250µm; 3. First visit, no previous treatment; 4. Those who received intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs after diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous ocular treatments, including intravitreal injection, laser therapy, or ocular surgery (except cataract removal); 2. Other ocular comorbidities, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal artery occlusion, epimacular membrane, glaucoma, uveitis, etc. Subjects with keratoconus, high myopia (>=- 6.0 D), or high astigmatism (>=3D) were also excluded; 3. Coexisting systemic diseases such as systemic autoimmune diseases that may be associated with BRVO; 4. Those with poor OCTA image quality or incomplete record of systemic medical history with signal intensity less than or equal to 6. All study subjects were screened by at least 2 physicians for confirmed enrollment. The data is anonymized, so signing an informed consent form can be exempted. This study meets the requirements of the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association.
