Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV. midgastric belching (SGB), which must include all of the following: unpleasant belching (so as to interfere with daily activities), originating from the esophagus, with symptoms exceeding 3 days per week; Intraluminal impedance testing was performed to determine supragastric belching; Symptoms appeared for at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the above diagnostic criteria were met in the last 3 months. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for GERD in the Lyon Consensus, meet any of the following: have typical symptoms of reflux, heartburn and/or acid reflux, and respond to experimental treatment with antacids; Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy shows grade B or above RE, reflux stricture, or BE (pathologically confirmed); He has atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms, no esophageal mucosal rupture or grade A RE on upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, and esophageal reflux monitoring suggests pathological reflux.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; 2. Have been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder, as well as a cognitive or intellectual disability; 3. Neurological, endocrine or metabolic disorders; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who are allergic to electrode skin; 6. Patients who cannot tolerate treatment; 7. Those with a history of esophageal or gastric surgery and other changes in the anatomy of the digestive tract; 8. Esophageal motor dysfunction; 9. Those who understand acupuncture points and their effects.
