Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-term singleton pregnant women scheduled for elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class II; 3.Age between 20 and 34 years; 4.BMI between 18.5 and 30 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy-induced hypertension or other severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Cognitive impairment or inability to cooperate with abdominal breathing; 3.Presence of fetal abnormalities such as macrosomia (last ultrasound estimated fetal weight greater than 4000g), abnormal fetal heart rate, nuchal cord, fetal malformations, or intrauterine growth restriction; 4.Baseline systolic blood pressure below 100 mmHg; 5.Allergy to local anesthetics.
