Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Comply with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China (2014)", and have been diagnosed by imaging examinations, such as CT, MRI, etc.; 2: Age 25-75 years old; 3: Those who are diagnosed with foot drop or varus after examination; 4: The first onset of the disease, and unilateral hemiplegia, can assist walkers; 5: Agree to sign the informed consent form; 6: Brunnstrom graded lower extremity on the affected side >=stage II.; 7: Modified Ashworth rating of > = 1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Those with blurred consciousness 2: Other factors cannot cooperate with the trainer 3: Foot drop caused by peripheral nerve injury 4: Patients with deformities and contractures of joints 5: Those who are contraindicated or intolerant to shock wave therapy.
