18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients aged 18~60 years old who intend to undergo skin and soft tissue defects, gender is not limited; b. The area of the skin defect is not more than 5 cm^2; c. No infection or only slight infection of the wound (no fever or transient low-grade fever, white blood cell <= 12×10^9/L, no restrictive antibiotics); d. Patients and their families are aware of and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has a history of skin diseases and drug allergies in the past; (2) Insufficiency of the patient's important organs (heart, liver, kidney, lung, brain) or abnormal coagulation function or bone marrow function; (3) There is a history of tumor and surgery in the defect area. (4) Those who have a history of allergies to drugs and foods; (5) History of mental illness and antipsychotic drugs used months ago; (6) Pregnant and breastfeeding; (7) Previous history of diabetes.
