Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Gestational diabetes mellitus was diagnosed according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2023): 75g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) was performed at 24-28 weeks of gestation, and the glucose measurements at fasting, 1h, and 2h after the administration of oral glucose were 5.1, 10.0, and 8.5 mmol/L, respectively, and any one of the time GDM was diagnosed when the blood glucose value at any one of these points reached or exceeded the above criteria; ? single pregnancy and gestational age between 24-28 weeks, with the upper limit of gestational age set at 29 weeks at the time of inclusion to allow for at least 8 weeks of intervention; ? age =18 years old; ? Pittsburgh Sleepiness Scale =5; ? persons without central nervous system disease or other serious illnesses; and ? persons who voluntarily participated in the study and filled out the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Occupations requiring night shifts; ? People with fever and bleeding tendency, foot diseases, and wounds who should not take foot baths; ? People with serious sleep problems before pregnancy who need to take medication for relief; ? People taking anticoagulant medication or medication that affects sleep (e.g., sedatives); ? People with a history of psychiatric illnesses or a family history of mental illnesses; ? People with serious intellectual or cognitive disabilities; ? People who are participating in other studies on sleep or psychosocial interventions for pregnant women with GDM.
