Experimental group:preconditioning of the pressure site 1 day before surgery protects the cells of the pressure tissues and reduces the occurrence of pressure injuries.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Guardians of children voluntarily participated in this study. (2) patients undergoing congenital heart surgery under general anesthesia; (3) Expected operation time more than 2.5 hours; (4) The operation position was supine; (5) patients without pressure injury before operation; (6)1 month = age =14 years old; (7)ASA grade ?-?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other systemic diseases; (2) patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) skin diseases affecting the observed skin patients; (4)Emergency surgery patients.
