Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent transforaminal endoscopic reduction combined with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation surgery for thoracolumbar vertebra burst fracture with neurological symptoms in the Department of Spine Surgery, Jining First People's Hospital from September 2021 to October 2023; 2. A3 or A4 single-level traumatic thoracolumbar burst fracture with or without type B injury (AOSpine classification); 3. American Spinal Cord Injury Association (ASIA) Injury Scale Grade C or D neurological deficits; 4. CT and MR confirmed that obvious fracture fragments had invaded the spinal canal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures; 2. History of thoracolumbar spine surgery; 3. Underlying diseases that seriously affect surgical tolerance.
