Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) meet the clinical diagnostic standards of Western medicine; 2) over 18 years of age (including 18 years of age), both male and female; 3) KPS score >=50 points; 4) There is no indication of re-operation; 5) no other drugs affecting gastrointestinal function have been taken within 3 days; 6) Malignant intestinal obstruction occurred within 2 months; 7) No obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction is not suitable for enema and acupuncture treatment; 8) Voluntary participation after obtaining the patient's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following will not be included: 1) Complete intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, malaise, severe water-electrolyte disorders or acid-base balance imbalance with peritonitis, requiring emergency surgery; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) Those whose physical condition cannot tolerate enema and acupuncture treatment; 4) Patients with mental disorders and uncooperative persons.
