Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only if the following conditions are met: 1. Women with abnormal vaginal discharge. 2.Women with a clinical suspicion of lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia (LEGH), atypical LEGH, or gastric-type endocervical adenocarcinoma. 3.Women presenting with any of the following conditions, including but not limited to: increased watery vaginal discharge, irregular vaginal bleeding, abdominal/pelvic pain, Peutz-Jeghers syndrome diagnosed by themselves or their family members, cervical hypertrophy or "barrel shape" detected during a gynecological exam, or imaging showing cervical cystic lesions. 4.Women who have signed the informed consent form and are willing and able to undergo colposcopy and histopathology if necessary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They should be excluded if any of the following conditions are met: 1.Immunocompromised women. 2.Women with other pathological types of cervical cancer confirmed by previous or current examination. 3.Women unable to undergo clinical follow-up.
