15 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 15~75 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder in ICD-10; 3, primary school or above education, can read and understand the content of the research scale; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnosis of other mental diseases such as personality disorder and mental retardation; 2. History of substance abuse or dependence in the 12 months prior to enrollment; 3, combined with a history of serious physical disease and major trauma; 4. Current or lifetime use of immunomodulatory drugs (such as glucocorticoids);
