Percutaneous Transhepatic Gallbladder Drainage(PTGD)+ bile transfusion group:After admission, the patient was treated with PTGD and the drained bile was transfused in vivo
Simple Percutaneous Transhepatic Gallbladder Drainage(PTGD) group:The patient did not undergo biliary transfusion after PTGD treatment after admission
Conventional treatment group:The patient received routine treatment after admission without external PTGD drainage

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP in the Atlanta Classification as revised in 2012; (3) accompanied by "gallbladder enlargement" (gallbladder length >=8cm and (or) gallbladder transverse diameter >=4cm); (4) First admission to hospital; (5) No history of other pancreatic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gallbladder enlargement did not meet the criteria; (2) Patients with external biliary drainage other than PTGD; (3) serious lack of clinical data; (4) Age 80 years. (5) Patients admitted to hospital due to repeated attacks of AP. (6) Patients with a history of pancreatic disease.
