Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by prostate biopsy or prostate cancer after surgery and elective surgery; 3. G-8 score< 14 points; 4. Have basic communication and comprehension skills, and be able to complete the scale assessment; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple primary cancers or metastatic cancers; 2. Prostate cancer patients admitted to the hospital due to recurrence; 3. Patients who are contraindicated to undergo sports training or cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET); 4. Those who have serious physical illness, drug or alcohol addiction, depression and other mental illnesses that are unable to understand and cooperate with the completion of the study.
