Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.40-80 years old; 2.table body mass in the last 90 days (self-reported body mass change <5 kg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.secondary obesity (such as hypercortisolism, hypothalamic-related obesity, hereditary obesity and drug-induced obesity, etc); 2.history of weight loss medication use or bariatric surgery; 3.history of serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression); 4.history of bulimia nervosa disorder; 5.suffering from acute or chronic inflammatory diseases.
