Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18 and 85 years old, regardless of gender; 2. New-onset nocturnal hypertension; 3. Ambulatory blood pressure examination (ABPM) showed the presence of nocturnal hypertension, and the average nocturnal blood pressure was >=120/70mmHg, and there may or may not be daytime hypertension (ambulatory blood pressure daytime mean blood pressure >=135/85mmHg or office blood pressure >=140/90mmH or home self-measured blood pressure >=135/85mmHg); 4. Creatinine clearance eGFR >=25 to =30mg/g; 5. Able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic; 2.Acute coronary complex or acute cerebrovascular accident occurred in the past 2 months; 3.Patients with severe liver insufficiency; 4.Patients with severe heart failure;
