Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed severe pneumonia by chest CT, X-ray, blood biochemistry, blood gas analysis, blood oxygen saturation and other laboratory tests; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for clinical respiratory failure, i.e., arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PO2) 50 mmHg; (3) Age>=18 years old and =48 hours, able to receive follow-up and nursing intervention during the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with respiratory failure caused by tuberculosis infection, emphysema, pulmonary embolism and other diseases; (2) Patients with severe liver, brain, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Those with impaired consciousness; (5) Transferring to a hospital or not cooperating with nursing workers; (6) Those who have a history of severe mental illness or mental disorder that affects the cooperation of the researcher; (7) Those who have participated in other interventional clinical trials in the past three months; (8) those who were intolerant to the study nursing interventions.
