Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CHD group: Coronary angiography shows at least one major coronary artery with >= 50% stable stenosis or arterial obstruction 2. Severe periodontitis group: a. Age 18 years and above; At least 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity; Loss of teeth due to periodontitis 30% of sites have bone resorption and attachment loss among all teeth; c. Severe periodontitis: Two or more affected teeth PD >= 6 mm; CAL >=5 mm; RBL exceeds 1/2 of the length of the root. 3.Periodontal healthy group: 1) Age 18 years and above; At least 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity; do not have a confirmed systemic disease; 2) Periodontally healthy: clinical gingival health on an intact periodontium; The depth of the probing pocket is<= 3 mm, and the bleeding site (+) detected is <=10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Received periodontal treatment in the past 6 months; 2) Suffer from systemic diseases or conditions that affect the gut microbiota, such as chronic gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, nephritis, haematological diseases, immunodeficiency, other serious oral diseases, pregnant or nursing, and obesity (BMI >= 30); 3) Received antibiotic treatment or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other drugs which affect the inflammation reaction in the past 6 months; 4) Smokers;
