Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years, gender-neutral; 2.Can take care of himself/herself without assistance in eating, walking, toileting, dressing, washing, etc. 3.Understand and be willing to comply with the trial procedures, participate in the trial voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute bacterial or viral infections; 2.Any antibiotic within 4 weeks; 3.Any type of acute inflammation, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, interstitial pneumonia, etc. 4.History of gastrointestinal surgery, such as partial gastric/intestinal resection, Roux-en-Y gastric bypass weight loss surgery, etc., excluding endoscopic minimally invasive treatments such as endoscopic polypectomy; 5.History of malignant tumors such as leukemia, stomach, intestinal, and liver cancer; 6.Significant metabolic, hepatic, pancreatic, or renal disease, such as diabetes mellitus, poor glucose control, cirrhosis of the liver, acute pancreatitis, or kidney failure. 7.Acute cardiovascular event or recovery from acute cardiovascular event;
