Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological examination showed adenocarcinoma; 2.Surgery was performed the next day; 3.the Han nationality; 4.No previous depression or mental illness;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have other gastrointestinal disorders; 2.He had gastrointestinal surgery before he was admitted; 3.After chemotherapy or radiotherapy for malignant tumors; 4.Received antibiotics or anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine treatment within 3 months before admission; 5.acute intestinal obstruction; 6.The tumor infiltrates the surrounding organs and metastasizes far away;
