Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need and are willing to receive painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Age>=60 years old; 3. Cognitive function is perfect, and informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with fever, cold, respiratory tract inflammation; 2. Patients with nasopharyngeal diseases such as polyps, hemorrhage, trauma, deformities, oral and maxillofacial deformities, abnormal temporomandibular joint function, and neck inability to tilt back; 3. Those with insufficient preparation for gastrointestinal emptying, and those with other systemic diseases and poor physical condition; Patients with digestive system obstruction, bleeding, risk of reflux aspiration, and interruption of gastrointestinal endoscopy due to gastrointestinal diseases.
