Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent prior to the procedures specified in the study. Age 18-60 years. Body indices or vital signs are not outside the normal range (e.g., BMI>=35 or 100/min, etc.). Periodontal healthy people: 1. The age range is 18~60 years old 2. No clinical loss of attachment (CAL), 3. Bleeding gums as spot (BOP) =5mm 3. Radiographic bone resorption is 1/2-2/3 of the root length 4. PD>=6mm 5. Vertical bone resorption > = 3mm 6. Root bifurcation II-III degrees 7. Moderate alveolar ridge defect in the edentulous area Periodontal healthy people: Site with PD<=3 mm and BOP(-) (obtained during maxillary third molars or crown lengthening with vertical impaction) Patients with periodontitis: Obtain a third-degree loose tooth that needs to be extracted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Exclusion Criteria 1. Body index or vital signs outside the normal range (e.g., BMI>=35 or 100/min, etc.); 2. Those who have used hormones and antibacterial drugs systemically in the past 3 months and 6 weeks, and those who have used oral topical antibiotics within one week; 3. Those who have undergone periodontal treatment or dental cleaning in the past 6 months and 6 weeks; 4. Patients with a history of systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, liver and kidney diseases, and severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and psychiatric system; 5. Pregnant, menopausal and lactating women; 6. Continuous drug therapy that can affect the clinical indication of periodontitis. Tooth Position Exclusion Criteria 1. The area of gingival redness and swelling and BOP(+) in periodontal healthy patients 2. There is tooth decay 3. Periodontal abscess 4. Periodontal pulp lesions 5. Other mucosal lesions
