Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females participating in the study during 2003-2005 and consent to follow-up will be included. Healthy Swimmers (and family members) aged 40 to 60 years, joining the Guangzhou Winter Swimming Club without medical history of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, diabetes, cardiomyopathy or chronic heart failure were eligible in the original study. The inclusion criteria for this study include: (1) winter swimming club members and their families who participated in the baseline study during 2003-2005; (2) Willing to sign this informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Lost to follow-up.
