Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with myofascial temporomandibular disorders according to DC/TMD criteria; ? Not receiving other treatments; ? Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Imaging tests suggesting structural joint lesions; ? Patients routinely taking chronic painkillers; ? Patients who are allergic to local anaesthetics;
