Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological myopia group: 1.AL>26mm and SRE<=-6. 2. After preoperative ophthalmic examination: mydriasis, slit lamp + preset lens, visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure, A ultrasound, B ultrasound, corneal curvature, OCT, fundus photography. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of pathological myopia. 3. patients with indications for cataract surgery and/or vitrectomy. 4. patients understood the study procedures and voluntarily agreed to participate. 5. Complete clinical data, patients' cooperation and Compliance were strong. Experimental control group: 1.AL<25mm and -1D=SRE=+0.5D. 2. patients diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole and cataract without high myopia by preoperative ophthalmic examination. 3. patients with indications for cataract surgery and/or vitrectomy. 4. patients understood the study procedures and voluntarily agreed to participate. 5. Complete clinical data, patients' cooperation and compliance were strong.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of ocular trauma. 2. The patient had a history of fundus diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, glaucoma, exudative age-related macular degeneration, etc. 3. Previous history of intraocular surgery and treatment of vitreoretinal diseases. 4. History of systemic immune and inflammatory diseases: diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, etc. 5. Patients with history of cerebral infarction within the past 3 months, severe heart, lung, liver dysfunction, and malignant tumor; 6. recent history of hormone therapy. 7. Patients with poor compliance and poor cooperation.
