Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Experimental group (1) Transvascular Doppler ultrasonography of the lower limbs meets the diagnostic criteria for CVD, or there are symptoms related to CVD but no cases of venous reflux (C0s); (2) Symptoms of lower limb varicose veins, including lower limb edema, tortuous dilation of superficial veins, skin pigmentation, sebum sclerosis, circumferential varicose veins in the ankle area, etc.; (3) The reflux type conforms to one or more of the superficial vein (As), deep vein (Ad) or perforating vein (Ap) in the CEAP anatomical type; or there is no venous reflux but the clinical manifestations conform to the CEAP clinical classification, right Patients with abnormal cardiac function; (4) Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary Ep venous reflux Pr cases in the CEAP classification; 2) Control group: no venous reflux, normal right heart function, and no clinical manifestations or symptoms related to CVD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: (1) Deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, thrombophlebitis and other diseases (Caprini score >= 3 points); (2) History of lower limb vascular surgery and sclerotherapy injection; (3) Peripheral artery disease; (4) Severe leg infection; (5) Combined with serious systemic diseases; (6) Pregnant or lactating women and patients with lower limb paralysis; (7) Lower limb aneurysm; (8) Combined with III-IV degree deep venous valve insufficiency or congenital venous malformation and osteohypertrophy syndrome (K?T syndrome), etc.; (9) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Control group: the same as the experimental group.
