Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=65 years old; 2.Patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery with general or spinal anesthesia; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with postoperative hospitalization<3 days; 2.Patients with a history of delirium or other neurologic disorders; 3.Missing data on TG, HDL-C or over 50% of all variables; 4.Postoperative death within 48 hours after surgery.
