Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The preoperative CBCT imaging diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of low-level obstruction in Pell and Gregory classification of mandibul M3s, and is not in the acute inflammation period; (2) The same-sided mandibular M2s has a reserved value and has no indication for tooth extraction; (3) Informed consent, patients who agree to receive follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Systemic diseases of the whole body, contraindications for tooth extraction surgery (2) It is known or suspected that there are currently malignant tumors; (3) Have a history of radiotherapy on the head and neck; (4) Have a history of chemotherapy within 5 years before surgery; (5) Smoke more than 15 cigarettes a day; (6) Test subjects who cannot provide informed consent for mental and neurological diseases or other reasons;
