Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old when signing the informed consent form; Surgical time >= 2 hours; Patients undergoing general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to participate in this study; Skin lesions are present at the temperature measurement points on the body surface; Emergency patients with full stomach; Patients diagnosed with esophageal lesions before surgery; Coagulation dysfunction prevents monitoring of core body temperature in the lower esophagus; Upper gastrointestinal bleeding cannot be monitored for lower esophageal core temperature; Known HIV positive individuals, carriers of hepatitis virus, and other infectious diseases.
