Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Written informed consent signed by the patient or his/her representative;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those receiving renal replacement therapy prior to ICU admission; 2.Patients with end-stage renal disease (CKD stage 5 patients); 3.Patients after nephrectomy; 4.Patients with a history of renal transplantation; 5.Pregnant women; 6.Those refusing to provide informed consent;
