40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) met the 2015 Movement Disorder Society (MDS) clinical diagnostic criteria for PD; 2) normal cranial MRI; 3) able to stand independently for at least one minute; 4) MDS-UPDRS III 3.13 posture score >=2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or diagnosed Parkinsonism or secondary parkinsonism; 2. Deformity or trauma other than PD that may affect posture; 3. Patients with obvious cognitive impairment, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) <=23; 4. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination.
