Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 40-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Meet the 2015 International Society of Movement Disorders (MDS) clinical diagnosis criteria for PD; 3) There are definite trunk posture abnormalities, MDS-UPDRS-III 3.13 is greater than or equal to 2 points; 4) Primary school education or above, MMSE score =22 points. 5) Those who understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) There are neurological diseases such as dementia caused by various causes in the past or other comorbidities that clearly cause abnormal trunk posture; 2) Previous mental illness such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or taking related drugs; 3) Complicated with tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system disease or infectious disease; 4) Pay close attention to hearing impairment;
