Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18~75 years old; 2. Patients with first-time acute esophagogastric variceal bleeding; 3. Patients who need endoscopic treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in poor health and cannot tolerate gastroscopy; 2. Those who have serious heart and lung diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, hepatic and renal insufficiency, Child-Pugh C, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, which affect the operation of gastroscope or follow-up after operation; 3. Patients who have previously suffered bleeding due to esophagogastric variceal veins and/or who have received endoscopic hemostasis therapy; 4. Those unwilling to participate in the test.
