Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Patients with clinical stage III lung cancer; 3.Patients with clinical stage IV lung cancer; 4.lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology: the diagnosis was in accordance with the WHO Histological classification of lung tumors (5th edition); 5.NGS with HRD (520 cancer-related genes) was performed on patient tissue samples; 6.The first-line treatment includes immunotherapy; 7.Patients (or their family members) signed the informed consent for genetic testing and its application in clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.diagnosis in doubt; 2.Combined with other malignant tumors; 3.Patients with serious underlying diseases or mental illness; 4.Patients were lost to follow-up after diagnosis; 5.The patient's compliance was poor, and the information of treatment and regular review was incomplete.
